Sarah Drummond

Sarah Drummond was the co-founder and CEO of Snook, a service design agency. Snook was acquired by NEC and Sarah served as their Chief Digital Officer.
Sarah now leads the School of Good Services. Her recent work includes a model named Full Stack Service Design that helps people understand how all parts of a service impact the user experience.
