stages
In service design, stages are steps in the customer journey. They might be written using some patterns across industries. A few examples:
- Aware, join, use, develop, leave (widespread - example from Livework)
- Attention, Interest, Decision, Acquisition (remixed from marketing theory)
Stages are different from the customer lifecycle. Using stages in service blueprinting can be dramatically different in any project.
